Implementation Meeting: GRONINGEN

Once every two years the Europan secretariats meet to discuss the implementations processes of the last sessions. This year, they met on June 2nd and 3rd in Gronigen (NL) for a reflection debate on how to reinforce and improve these processes for the coming sessions, despite a difficult economic situation for building and public finances in many European countries.

After a day and a half of discussions and presentation of the last implementations, the secretariats visited two implementation sites, from the session E3 and E6.
