The central site in Linz is located directly in the south of the main railway station. A dense and mixed use city quarter (new forms of productions, working, start-ups, housing, commercial, social und cultural services) should create a productive hub between the inner city and the southern districts. Europan14 asks for new adaptable typologies and strategies to integrate innovative and eco-friendly forms of production - preserving and connecting the site also as a place for work and production within the city. 

Der zentrale Linzer Standort liegt direkt südlich vom Hauptbahnhof. Mit einem dichten und gemischt genutzten Stadtquartier (Neue Formen der Produktion, Arbeiten, Start-ups, Wohnen, kommerzielle und soziokulturelle Einrichtungen) soll ein produktives Zentrum zwischen der Innenstadt und den südlichen Stadtteilen gelingen. Europan14 fragt nach neuen anpassbaren Typologien und Strategien der Integration innovativer und umweltfreundliche Produktionsformen, die den Standort auch als Arbeitsplatz und Produktionsstätte innerhalb der Stadt erhalten und neu vernetzen.
